Code of Ethics

Why have a Code of Ethics?

(adapted from The Ethics Resource Center )
A code of ethics is intended to be a central guide and reference for our company in support of day-to-day decision making. It's meant to clarify an our mission, values, and principles, linking them with standards of professional conduct. A code is an open disclosure of the way we operate, providing visible guidelines for behavior. A code is also a tool to encourage discussions of ethics and to improve how we deal with the ethical dilemmas, prejudices, and gray areas that are encountered in our everyday work. A code is meant to complement relevant standards, policies and rules, not to substitute for them.

Our Code of Ethics
